  • Establish a performance-tracking dashboard with HPS to monitor:

  1. Number of tests conducted
  2. Average reimbursement rates based on location
  3. Projected increase in practice valuation from test volume

  • If interested in selling, provide HPS with necessary documentation for practice profile creation.

VSD Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training for seamless testing implementation.
  • Assist with billing, patient identification, and education while offering 24/7 customer support.
  • Collaborate with HPS to provide real-time data on test volume and projected reimbursements. Only aggregate test numbers will be shared with HPS; patient information remains confidential.

  • Create and anonymously list practice profiles for potential buyers if the doctor decides to sell.
